🔍 Received a Defective or Damaged Product?
We're so sorry if this happened — it's rare, but we take it seriously. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will send you a replacement immediately (subject to stock availability).

You must inform us of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your order. Reports made after this window may not be accepted.
Send an email to support@spacestory.in with your order number and clear photos of the defective item.
Once your request is approved, we'll dispatch your replacement within 5–7 working days.
